Sarah's Bio: Sara is a Christian divorced-and-remarried blended family wife and mom who's into preventative health, fitness, natural living, and adventure! After being married then divorced, dating as a single mom, and remarrying into the relationship of her dreams, she learned a ton about healthy vs unhealthy relationships and how to find a great one.

She uses her own experience to help other single Christian women go from singleness to a loving and supportive relationship!

Sarah's story: I was married for over ten years, have 3 kids. I wound up going through a divorce. I am a Christian, and there is a lot of stigma over this topic in the church. I had to navigate that, as well as the divorce itself, my marriage ending, and becoming a single mom. I tried dating off and on and found it to be emotionally exhausting and stressful. I learned how to enjoy being single, tell the difference between unhealthy vs healthy relationships, what I wanted and didn't want in a relationship, and how to date in a way that allowed me to not waste my time, energy, and emotions with people not meant for me. I used all of that to find the relationship of my dreams which I married into in 2022. I decided to start a coaching business to help other single Christian women through the process I myself went through, so that they can be confident while they're single and learn how to find a loving and supportive relationship.
